NB! Verifika™ requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on your computer. If software crashes, please, install all required updates for .NET Framework 4 on the Control Panel.

When you first run Verifika, the software will require the registration key (you can apply for a time-limited trial key for evaluation). When you provide a key, it checks the key validity via Internet and, if the key is OK, it starts working.

The software will be checking the key via Internet each time you start it. Once your key expires or becomes invalid in some other way, the software won’t work.

If you have purchased a floating license, and a copy of the software with the same license number is already running at some machine when you start Verifika, it will display where it is already used.

No matter what license you have purchased, you will receive free updates and upgrades for the software during 6 months from the moment of the purchase. After that, you can either renew subscription to updates by paying a 1-year renewal fee or just continue to use any of the versions released within this 6-month period or earlier (newer versions won’t run with your license key).

If you purchased an LSP package, you have no functionality restrictions.

Changing the system date on a machine where Verifika is installed may result into problems with the license. In this case or if your license key becomes invalid for some other reason, please contact us to resolve the issue.
